Data Collected Automatically

We collect certain analytics and performance data through Firebase services:

-Firebase Analytics: 

• App usage statistics and interactions

•  Session duration and frequency of use

•  We use default Firebase collection settings with customized event names and parameters

-Firebase Crashlytics: 

•  App crash reports and performance issues

•  Device information (only when submitting crash reports)

-Firebase Performance: 

•  App performance metrics

•  Technical performance data

Device Information

We collect device information (such as device model and OS version) only in the following situations:

• When you submit a message through our contact form to provide a suggestion or report app rashes or technical issues

This information helps us identify and fix device-specific issues.

Local App Data

The following data is stored locally on your device:

• Tasbeeh and zikr statistics

• Custom and pre-set tasbeeh/zikr entries

• Notification preferences and custom notification times

• App settings and preferences

Optional User Data

• Data backup using either iCloud or Google Drive.

• For Google Drive, Google Sign-In is required to access your Google Drive account. Only required if you choose to use the backup feature.

• Backup Data: Your complete app data including:

  - All tasbeeh and zikr statistics

  - Custom and saved azkar

  - App settings and preferences

  - Backup can be manual or automatic (daily when app is opened)

Data We DO NOT Collect

• Personal identification information

• Email addresses (except Google Sign-in for backup feature)

• Location data

• Network information

• Device contacts

• Camera or photo access

• Any other personal information

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

Analytics and Performance Data

We use Firebase services to:

• Analyze app usage patterns

• Identify and fix technical issues

• Improve app performance

• Enhance user experience

• Target fixes for specific device models or OS versions when issues arise

Local Notifications

• All notifications are handled locally on your device

• No third-party notification services are used

• You can customize notification times and preferences

• Notification settings are stored only on your device

Backup Feature

If you choose to use the backup feature:

• You can choose between iCloud or Google Drive

• We request access to your Google Drive if you opt for Google Drive

• All app database data is backed up

• Automatic daily backups option is available when you open the app

• Manual backups can be performed at any time

• No size limits on backups as far as your cloud account storage allows

• The backup is stored in your personal cloud account, either iCloud or Google Drive 

• You maintain full control over your backed-up data

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

• All app data is stored locally on your device

• No data is stored on our servers

• Backup data is stored securely in your personal iCloud or Google Drive accounts

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Google Services

• No Sign-In for iCloud usage as long as it is already signed-in and activated in your devise.

• If you select Google Drive, we use Google Sign-In and Google Drive only for the backup feature

• These services are governed by Apple's privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy) and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy)

Firebase Services

• We use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance

• These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy)

5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You can:

• Use the app without enabling the backup feature

• Delete your local app data at any time

• Remove backup data from your Google Drive

• Customize or disable notifications

• Remove or customize pre-set tasbeeh/zikr content

• Create and manage your own custom entries

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this privacy notice periodically to stay informed of any changes.
